Readings generally last 30-45minutes. You will receive a photo of your reading layout after your Reading.
BUSINESS HOURS: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday 1:00pm-7:00pm CST
Contact and Availability Information: Please be sure to provide your telephone number, city and state, as well as general dates and times you are available. Doktor Grey-Ravyn or Mama Kat will contact you to schedule the Reading.
The Day of the Reading:
- At your scheduled Reading time, Doktor Grey-Ravyn will call you.
- Please be near your phone and have your ringer volume on to hear the call.
- Please be prompt. In the instance the call is not answered within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled time, we will consider it canceled. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.
- A photograph of your Reading spread will be sent to you after your reading.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be issued as long as cancellations are made more than 24 hours before the scheduled Reading.
